The problem has been solved.

I had copied the 'Mail' form into the database that was to create the documents. I had failed to copy the computed sub-forms, etc.

The program would run but could not store the form in the document (hense the 'Invalid or Non-existant Document' message - the Call doc.Send would fail...

Once I move the form to an email database (where it was to go when the design was finished) and removed the computed sub-forms in the specific forms that were being created - - -

Ta Da! It worked!
